The Architecture

We contacted the agency owner directly on John's behalf. What followed was not a straightforward process. We stayed in it, pushed through every deflection, and secured the account transfer. John's GHL system, his data, and his operational history were preserved.

Once the account was secured and moved, the work shifted from rescue to infrastructure. SMS campaigns were built and managed to keep Happy Junk Removal top of mind for past customers and new leads. Monthly newsletters went out consistently, maintaining the relationship with the audience John had built.

SmoothOps built a direct integration between HouseCall Pro, where Happy Junk Removal manages its field operations and bookings, and GHL. Job completions, customer records, and booking data from HouseCall Pro now flow directly into GHL without manual entry. The field operation and the CRM became one connected system.
