These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of smoothopsolutions.com (the "Website") and the SmoothOps Solutions text messaging program. SmoothOps Solutions is operated by SmoothOps Solutions LLC ("SmoothOps Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. About SmoothOps Solutions
SmoothOps Solutions provides operations management, virtual assistance, and GoHighLevel systems services, including system design, audits, automation builds, pipeline setup, and ongoing system management. Client engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. SmoothOps Solutions sends text messages to people who opt in through our website forms. Non-marketing messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your inquiries, project updates, and service-related communications. Marketing messages, sent only if you separately opt in, include special offers, discounts, and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 marketing messages per month if you opt in to marketing messages; the number of non-marketing messages varies based on your appointments, inquiries, and projects. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Use of the Website
